When updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.

We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems).

Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems.

Information we share.

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of our company unless we have your consent. We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of our company when we have your consent to do so. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.

We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside our company if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our company, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

It is an online Reviewer to help LET Takers pass the exam. It is composed of question exercises and answer key. The Reviewer automatically checks the answer and provides guidance to the Taker. It provides data analytics like the score and the average time the Taker spends in answering questions. Takers can also “bookmark” questions so they can easily go back and review questions they like.

  2. What are the subject areas covered by the Reviewer?

It covers Gen Ed and Prof Ed subject areas. The Reviewer is based on the LET Table of Specifications (TOS), which identifies the competencies specified in Resolution 10 Series 2009 of the Professional Regulatory Board for Professional Teachers of the Professional Regulations Commission.

    No. The Reviewer is web-based.

  5. Why do we need to give you a copy of our NOA?

We are building a group for our Reviewers for the March 2019 exam. This group will be exclusive to you, so you can expect the posts to be relevant to you as reviewer and Taker. You only want to be receiving posts helpful to your review—those which are inspiring, motivating, and focused on you. We do not want lurkers in this group who could distract you from your review.

When you re-login with your phone, you will just continue from where you left off. Our technology gives you a secure entry and seamless experience. You have to take note that you are only allowed one active device at a time. You have to logout from one device before you can use another device. In case you forgot to logout from one device then we apologize but you can’t use your other devices until you logout from a currently active device.

  14. How is the Ask the Dragon Reviewer helpful to the Taker?

The online Reviewer of Ask the Dragon was conceived to help Takers pass the exam. In designing the Reviewer, we integrated five elements to provide a superior study experience. These experiences are available in the paid version.

    • Collaborative and engaged – Interaction with the community is possible. You never have to learn by yourself. You can post questions for clarifications.
    • Organised processes – Make the most of your time. The design of the Reviewer will allow you to identify your weak and strong points. With that information, you’d know where to channel your energy.
    • Helpful tools – The Question Exercises will drill you master the different subjects, while the Practice Exam will help prepare you mentally, psychologically, and emotionally for the actual test.
    • Everyday technology – The Reviewer is web-based and runs on your phone, table, or PC. Get a seamless experience even if you move from one device to the other. Plus, it is secure!
